They may not be quite as thick as greek yogurt, so strain it overnight in a cheesecloth-lined sieve (or just use a thin cotton dishtowel like I do) over a bowl to catch the liquid. In our grocery store it's right next to the rest of the yogurts. <br /><br />I assume that another brand of Greek or Mediterranean yogurt would work, but look for a honey flavored one in a similar size.
