With two of my kids trying out vegetarianism for a few weeks, I'm on my second week of making meals that I can easily leave out the meat on their portions while not depriving the rest of us (namely my husband) of their fair share of meat.  :)  

Monday-- Avocado Chicken Salad

Tuesday--Thai Chicken Pasta

BBQ Chicken Salad with Cilantro Ranch Dressing


  Friday--White Chicken Pizza with Caramelized Onions

Saturday--Strawberry Filled Oatmeal Coconut Muffins

Ranch Mac & Cheese

Sunday--Baked Ziti with Turkey Sausage (new)
