I looked at her menu last week and didn't see any St. Patrick's Day food. They are celebrating this week for some reason.

Thanks for the menu Lara! If I put up my menu from last week on your blog, it wouldn't be near as cool or good looking as yours. (think quesadillas and PB&J half the time.) Thankfully, Tom returned home from his business trip so we started eating decent meals again. Thanks for giving me ideas for this week!

Oooh I want the enchilada recipe! I have both sweet potatoes in the house right now and wouldn't think about putting them together.

About This Blog

My name is Lara and while I'm definitely not a gourmet cook, I do love preparing tasty, healthy meals for my family. Finding new recipes to try and sharing the ones we've already fallen in love with is a passion I've had since college and the reason why I've started this blog! With five kids, I'm usually in a hurry, so you'll find most of these recipes kid friendly and simple to make.
